Allegrini – Poggio al Tesoro

For a number of years we have been collaborating with the Allegrini family in their Poggio al Tesoro Tuscan estate, an area capable of producing wines with a strong identity. Our amphorae hold, in particular, Cassiopea Pagus Cerbaia, a rosé wine which is delicate yet distinctive at the same time. The porosity of the amphorae manufactured by Tava proves to be a decisive element in the achievement of the best oxygenation of wine during its fermentation process. Following this positive experience, we have also begun to collaborate with other estates owned by the Allegrini family.
