It is a pleasure and an honour for us to work with Ettore Germano, one of the most long-standing and prestigious wineries in Piedmont, which have chosen our amphorae for the vinification of their Langhe Nascetta DOC. The aging in terracotta amphorae in this case responds to a specific technical need, namely that of micro-oxygenating the tannins in order to develop and age them.
