The encounter with Andreas Dichristin, owner of the Tröpfltalhof estate in Caldaro (Kaltern, province of Bolzano), has been one of the most useful and significant in recent years for us. Andreas has extensive experience in the use of amphorae from all over Europe and thanks to him we learned some essential aspects of biodynamics, a method that facilitates the most authentic expression of what the vineyard offers. In addition to being a customer, which is something we are particularly proud of, over the years Andreas has become a true friend.
