Inspire and be inspired: this is the spirit of the collaboration we started in 2016 with Chateau Larrivet Haut-Brion. Together with the oenologist and cellar master Francois Godichon, we have worked to create an alternative to the aging process in barriques which should be able to enhance the fruitiness during tasting and provide a better balance between the aroma and acidity. Acknowledging the good results obtained, Chateau Larrivet Haut-Brion has requested an increasing number of amphorae year after year, and now considers them perfectly integrated in its production system.
