Working with a prestigious company such as Chateau Durfort-Vivens, in the transition to vinification in amphorae, has been one of the most enticing challenges we have experienced in recent years. Since 2017 the long-standing French winery, now owned by the Lurton family, has relied on our products and our skills to reduce the sulphites in the aging phase and preserve the fruity notes and the balance of the terroir in its wines.
